Practice Saying “Thank You”

If we have any kind of gratitude practice, it usually involves journaling. It’s one of the simplest, least complicated things we can do to bring awareness to what we are grateful for.

Here’s a few ideas to get the most out of!

Less is more • Spending some time going into greater detail on a couple of things you’re grateful for has been shown to be more beneficial than a superficial list of several things.

Make it Personal • Focus on the PEOPLE you are grateful for, that has more of an impact than the THINGS you’re grateful for.

Don’t go Overboard • It sounds counterintuitive, but research shows writing only once or twice a week instead of every day  has been shown to have a more profound effect.
